The April incident results in four arrests in Easton

EASTON, Md. – Easton police have arrested several people in connection with an incident in April.

According to police, on April 16, officers met with Raven Todd, who had numerous injuries to his head, and reported that a woman had arranged to meet him in the Kohl's parking lot. While Todd was talking to people in the parking lot, he reportedly saw a man named Tucker Eason wearing a ski mask along with other people. Eason reportedly hit Todd in the back of the head with a beer bottle while another person had a tire iron. Todd was allegedly struck multiple times.

The following day, officers met with another person who reported that his truck had been shot at in the Kohl's parking lot the previous day. The incident reportedly occurred around the same time Todd was attacked. The truck owner told police he was sitting in his truck when he heard what he thought was a gunshot before seeing Todd changing the magazine on a handgun. Officers determined that a bullet had struck the driver's side rearview mirror and found a spent bullet casing where Todd was said to have been standing when the shot was heard.

Investigators interviewed a witness who identified the people who attacked Todd as Eason, Navelie White and Blake Dorman. Investigators were also able to recover video that showed the attack on Todd and also determined that Todd fired his weapon after the attack was over and those present fled the area.

On Thursday, officers arrested all four on outstanding warrants.

Eason, White and Dorman were each charged with first and second degree assault, reckless endangerment, false imprisonment, riot, disturbance/disorder, affray and conspiracy.

Todd has been charged with attempted first- and second-degree murder, first- and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and assault with a handgun and is currently awaiting extradition from South Carolina.
