Suspect arrested after man is stabbed in Bridgeton

BRIDGETON, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A suspect has been arrested after a man was stabbed in Bridgeton.

Police were called to the 3600 block of Falcon Drive around 11:10 p.m. Thursday for a report of a knife attack. When officers arrived, they found a 35-year-old man outside with stab wounds. The man was taken to hospital and listed in serious condition.

According to police, an unrelated man, Jacob Goodrich, was arrested at the scene. According to investigators, the victim was stabbed during an argument with Goodrich.

Goodrich, 28, is charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action.
