While Wanda was seemingly killed in '“Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness”Olsen expressed openness to returning to the character when there is a compelling story to tell.

In a recent interview, Olsen addressed criticism that Wanda's villainous turn “Multiverse of Madness' felt undeserved. She acknowledged that there were questions about the character's motivations and actions. However, she also defended the filmmakers' decisions.

It's a character I'm happy to go back to when there's a way to use it well, and I think I was lucky when I started that I was used well… and they didn't know for a second there, what they should do with me!Olsen explained.
