The murder suspect was booked into the Greene County Jail Wednesday morning

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – A man accused of killing a homeless man is back in Springfield. Jimmy Nunnery was booked into the Greene County Jail at 12:18 Wednesday morning. Police arrested him in Tennessee last week.

On October 9, officers found 59-year-old Bryan York dead under bushes near Glenstone and Bennett. They say his injuries were the result of an attack. It is not known what led to the attack.

Nunnery is charged with second-degree murder.
