Stephen Nedoroscik looks “just like Hercules” with first “DWTS” spray tan

With Spray Tan a star is born!

Tuesday is Disney Night on dancing with the stars, Gymnast Stephen Nedoroscik went from Olympian to Mount Olympus, portraying Greek hero (and demigod) Hercules alongside pro partner Rylee Arnold's Megara as they danced to 1997's “A Star Is Born.” Hercules.

To do justice to his role, Nedoroscik got a tan for the first time ever DWTS Makeup team. During rehearsal with Arnold, he joked that he was “maybe too pale.” She teased that “maybe it might be time,” and she was right. The video package showed Nedoroscik's before and after, with the tan highlighting his six-pack abs.

Arnold shared a more detailed video showing Nedoroscik tanning. In it, he can be seen smiling and laughing as artists spray him up and down with their tanning equipment. “Oh he's so ready to be Hercules on @dancingwiththestars tonight!!!” Arnold wrote on Instagram.

The tan seemed to be on point, and judge Carrie Ann Inaba said, “You danced like a hero.” Judge Derek Hough recalled Nedoroscik's time at the Olympics this summer, noting, “A star was born at the Olympics, when you took off your glasses.”

Nedoroscik was completely ready for the tan. “It feels great,” he told co-host Julianne Hough when she asked about it after his dance. “I hope I look just like Hercules. I love it.”

The couple received a total score of 24 and eight from the judges for their Greek-inspired Charleston. The duo have never scored less than a seven this season and since “Hair Metal Night” they have received no less than an eight from the jury.
