What did Zachery Ty Bryan do? Investigating the incident when home improvement star is arrested in Oklahoma

Zachery Ty Bryan has once again found himself in new legal trouble. The Home Improvement star was arrested on Friday for drunk driving and driving without a license.

The recently escalated trouble for the Game of a Lifetime actor began in Custer County, Oklahoma.

According to a report from TMZ, Ty Bryan, who portrayed teenager Brad Taylor on “Home Improvement,” was approached by police at 6:47 a.m. on October 26, 2024. According to reports, the actor was allegedly sleeping in the backseat of his car.

However, after the officers left the actor from “The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift” after a brief conversation with him, they said they later detained him.

This time, Zachery Ty Bryan ended up with the officers while driving. According to reports, when Ty Bryan was pulled over during the traffic stop, the actor told officers that he had drunk “too much” the night before.

The “Hero for Ransom” actor had even mentioned that he “didn't know if he ever stopped” before getting into his car and later sleeping in the same vehicle, as seen on dashcam footage and from the outlet was reported.

During a conversation with officials, the “Principal Takes a Holiday” star even told them that he was “running away from California right now” because he hated the region.

Later, before police took the actor into custody, he was asked to perform some field sobriety tests.

The report even suggests that Zachery Ty Bryan had claimed that his license had been revoked following previous arrests for driving under the influence, while simultaneously admitting to officers that he had several such arrests.

For those who don't know, the Bigfoot: The Unforgettable Encounter actor was arrested back in February for suspected drunk driving in California.

Ty Bryan was charged with drunken driving, as well as at least three felony counts of criminal trespass and contempt of court. While he was released the same day after posting a $50,000 bond, a court hearing was scheduled for April 23, 2024.

In 2020, the actor was also charged with two counts of menacing, two counts of fourth-degree assault, coercion, aggravated strangulation, harassment and obstructing a news report.

At this point, Ty Bryan is said to have strangled his girlfriend.
