Dallas Mavericks at Phoenix Suns latest injury report

The Dallas Mavericks are preparing for their second game of the season, an early heavyweight title fight between two of the best teams in the West, with the Phoenix Suns on top. These teams and players have a shared history and it's sure to be one of the best games of the day.

Dallas was banged up for most of the preseason but started the regular season relatively healthy. They came out of their first game against Spurs with no new additions to their injury record.

The only player on Dallas' injury report is Dante Exum, who is out three months after undergoing wrist surgery in training camp. They will also be without Brandon Williams and Kessler Edwards, who play in the G-League. All others will be available.

The Suns' Grayson Allen has been dealing with a minor Achilles tendon issue but was able to play in their first game against the Clippers earlier this week. He missed Friday night's game against the Lakers for personal reasons as his wife is expected to have a child. Phoenix doesn't have much depth, so they can't afford for their starters to miss much time, but he should be back in the lineup soon.

Josh Okogie missed the first two games with a hamstring injury and was questionable for Saturday night's game. He is an important defender who can guard either Luka Doncic or Kyrie Irving. So it would be a big deal if he couldn't go.
