Adele and Celine Dion cry together in Las Vegas

Despite being one of the biggest artists in the world, Adele regularly strolls the hallways of her Las Vegas residency to interact with fans attending her shows.

But on Saturday, the British pop star was brought to tears by a very special audience as he sang “When We Were Young,” one of the many hits from her third album, “25.”

The viral video shows Adele singing in different areas of the Colosseum at Caesar's Palace before finding Celine Dion in the crowd.

In a video posted to social media, the star appears to ask her security guards, “Where is she?” before finding the six-time Grammy Award winner sitting next to the control panel. When Adele saw Dion, she burst into tears.

The two living legends hugged each other, held hands and then lovingly cupped each other's faces before the Brit attempted to continue her performance. In an alternative angle video, Dion can also be seen crying.

Adele tried to sing again, but was so overcome with emotion that she asked the audience for help. “Give it up for Miss Celine Dion,” she told the crowd as she walked back to the stage. The audience was thrilled with Dion, who eventually stood up from her seat and waved into the room.

The “My Heart Will Go On” singer, who had her own Vegas residence in the same spot years ago, was amazed at the reaction she got. The 56-year-old previously stunned fans when she announced in December 2022 that she had been diagnosed with stiff person syndrome, which led to her disappearing from the public eye for an extended period of time.

In February 2024, she surprised viewers at the Grammy Awards when she came out to present Taylor Swift with the Album of the Year award.

In 2017, Dion also presented Adele with the Grammy Award for Song of the Year for her hit song “Hello.”

The women shared a similarly emotional moment together as they embraced on that stage.

Her last performance is November 23rd.
