Earthquake shakes US city of Lompoc Valley

According to the US Geological Survey (USGS), a magnitude 3.3 earthquake struck the city of Lompoc Valley, California.

The epicenter was southwest of Lompoc near San Miguelito Road, according to the USGS. The earthquake was felt shortly after 9 p.m., reports News.Az, citing US media.

There are currently no reports of injuries or damage in the area. The USGS reported no aftershocks.

Residents in the Lompoc Valley and Santa Maria Valley reported feeling the quake.
