Man killed in domestic incident on Blue Haven Dr. injured in Huntsville

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – One person was injured after a cutting incident Wednesday afternoon.

Officials with the Huntsville Police Department said officers were dispatched to a domestic call on Blue Haven Drive just after 3 p.m.

When officers arrived, they found a man who appeared to have been attacked with a knife.

The suspect was seen fleeing the area, which led to a “short traffic pursuit” that ended at Dry Creek and Trial Ridge Rd. The suspect was arrested.

Investigators are continuing to investigate the incident.

Don Webster with HEMSI says the victim was taken to Huntsville Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
