Achille man was arrested and accused of kicking another man in the head

BRYAN COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) – An Achille man was arrested after he allegedly kicked another man in the head.

According to court records, Nathan Singleton, 20, is charged with assault and battery with means or force likely to result in death.

His bail is set at $250,000 and he faces life in prison if convicted.
