Texas teen accused of killing San Antonio Sonic employee arrested

TEXAS – A teenager on Texas' top 10 most wanted fugitives list has been arrested in Dallas.

Texas DPS said 17-year-old Adiah Namir Roberson was taken into custody at an apartment complex in southeast Dallas following a tip from Crime Stoppers.

According to SAPD, a Sonic manager was shot to death on July 7 after learning that Roberson had taken money from an employee.

When the victim went outside to take photos of Roberson's license plate, Roberson became upset and shot the victim, according to San Antonio Crime Stoppers.

Since then, there has been an arrest warrant against Roberson.

To be eligible for cash rewards, tipsters must provide information to authorities through one of the following three methods:

• Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
• Submit a web tip through the DPS website by selecting the fugitive you have information about and then clicking the link under their picture.
• Submit a Facebook tip by clicking the “SUBMIT TIP” link (found in the “About Us” section).

All tips are anonymous – regardless of how they are submitted – and the tipster receives a tip number instead of a name.
