Gonzaga's Michael Ajayi throws a dunk in transition

After a slow start, the Gonzaga men's basketball team delivered a strong performance in its exhibition game against Warner Pacific on Wednesday.

Once the Bulldogs increased their defensive intensity, the floodgates were opened. Midway through the first half, 6-foot-10 winger Michael Ajayi took full advantage of the opportunity to score in transition when, after the Knights lost the ball, he stormed to the top of the court and delivered a one-handed dunk off a feed from Ryan Nembhard scored.

Ajayi, a transfer from Pepperdine, finished the first half with six points and four rebounds. The Bulldogs finished the half with a 42-8 score and pulled away from Warner Pacific at the break.
