The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is assisting in the investigation of an incident in which a juvenile was killed and a 19-year-old was injured in Tuskegee, ALEA said.

A 16-year-old juvenile has died and Kandarius Green, 19, of Tuskegee, was injured following an incident in Tuskegee. Both were taken to East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika and arrived with injuries, ALEA said. The 16-year-old was airlifted to another area hospital and pronounced dead, authorities said. ALEA declined to provide additional information about the nature of the injuries.
