CoinShares Appoints Lisa Avellini as Group General Counsel

CoinShares International Limited, a European investment firm specializing in digital assets, today appointed Lisa Avellini as its Group General Counsel. Her appointment will take place on November 4, 2024.

Ms. Avellini brings a wealth of valuable experience to CoinShares and has an extensive background in legal and compliance functions at leading global financial institutions. She joins CoinShares after three years at Balyasny Asset Management, where she oversaw global legal and compliance requirements for the credit department.

Prior to joining Balyasny, Lisa Avellini spent three years at Citadel, where she provided strategic legal advice on a range of complex financial transactions and regulatory matters.
