“I’m not proud of it” – Junelle Bromfield has been forced to apologize to her fiancé Noah Lyles after a major engagement mistake

Junelle Bromfield had to make a promise to her fiancé Noah Lyles after forgetting one of the most important things since their much-publicized engagement.

Jamaican track and field queen Junelle Bromfield is struggling with her new status as Noah Lyles' fiancée.

Bromfield and Lyles got engaged this month in a colorful ceremony attended by friends and family, and with the wedding date yet to be set, they have been adjusting to their new status as future wife and husband.

This includes Bromfield wearing her engagement ring, but it seems she's still getting used to that area. The sprinter had to make a promise to Lyles after she forgot to put her ring on before they left the house, which didn't impress the 100m Olympic champion.

“I'm not proud of it, I'm not proud of it, my memory isn't good” Bromfield explained this in a video the couple posted on Instagram after returning to the house to get her ring.

“But then I won’t leave my ring again. Pinky, promise me I won't leave my ring often. But I promise I'll try not to leave it.

Lyles asked her to make a vow to herself, to which she replied: “Remember to take your ring away from the bed in the morning because your boyfriend, your fiancé won't like it, your future husband won't like it. But I like my ring, it’s beautiful.”

The clip gave a glimpse into the couple's new lives and how they're coping with being engaged and no longer just boyfriend and girlfriend.
