Below average temperatures, light rain moving into the Phoenix metropolitan area

PHOENIX (AZFamily) – A chilly start to our morning with lows in the upper 40s to lower 50s.

This afternoon we will see clear skies and high temperatures around 77 degrees, which is 7 degrees below our average high.

Big day tomorrow with Halloween tomorrow night; We will warm into the lower 80s in the afternoon.

Sunset will be around 5:30 p.m. and temperatures will be in the high 70s to start the night. We expect clear skies and good weather forecast throughout the evening.

Another low pressure area is expected to descend from the Pacific Northwest. This low will bring a chance of light rain here in the valley.

There is a better chance of rain and mountain snow in the highlands starting late Saturday and Sunday.
