SOUTH WINDSOR, CT (WFSB) – A home worker from a group in South Windsor was arrested for assaulting a man with developmental disabilities, police said.

Rohan A. King, 24, of Windsor, was charged Wednesday with assault on a disabled person.

According to police, they responded to the residence for a report of a physical altercation between a resident and a staff member.

“During the course of the investigation, it was determined that King kicked the 32-year-old adult resident with developmental disabilities in the face, causing injury,” South Windsor Police Sgt. Mark Cleverdon said.

King was issued a misdemeanor summons and was scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on November 13th.
