Police find fentanyl and marijuana in drug raid

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) – Two men are facing charges stemming from an incident in which police seized a large amount of fentanyl at a home.

Officers from London Police's Special Investigations Unit also found other contraband while executing a search warrant at a home.

Brian Hubbard, 60, of London was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree (fentanyl) and trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree (greater than or equal to two grams of methamphetamine). Trafficking in a Controlled Substance Third Degree – First Offense (Greater than or Equal to 20 but Less than or Equal to 120 DU, Unspecified Drug), Trafficking in Marijuana (Less Than 8 Ounces) – First Offense and Trafficking in a Controlled Substance Second Degree – First Offense (greater than or equal to ten DU Hallucinogen).

Jonathan Hubbard, 44, of London, was charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than or equal to two grams of methamphetamine) and trafficking in marijuana (eight ounces to less than five pounds) assault.

Both men were taken to the Laurel County Correctional Center.
