JD Vance roasted after incredible claim about 'normal gay vote'

Musk had to appear in court in Pennsylvania on Thursday, but did not show up. Foglietta's ruling not only overrides that requirement, but also allows the tech mogul's America PAC to continue donating to registered voters in the battleground states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin that have a pledge of support First and Wisconsin have signed Second Amendment rights.

On his platform, Krasner wanted to stop Musk's plan, calling it an “illegal lottery system to influence voters.”

In the lawsuit, Krasner argues that under Pennsylvania law, only the state can operate a lottery to benefit the state's seniors. Krasner also claims that neither Musk nor the PAC have published clear rules for the sweepstakes or explained how they will protect entrants' personal information. The lawsuit questions whether the million-dollar winners are actually random, considering that two of them had attended Trump rallies.
