Projected starting lineup, rotation and how to watch the Clippers' season opener

The long wait is finally over. On Wednesday night, the LA Clippers will finally host their first-ever regular season contest at the Intuit Dome, officially ushering in a brand new era of Clippers basketball.

It's been a long time coming, but for the first time in their history the Clippers now have their own home arena all to themselves and no longer have to hide in the shadow of their city rival the Lakers. With this new era comes an entirely new roster of players.

After losing Paul George and Russell Westbrook in the offseason, Lawrence Frank and the front office brought in several key free agents to make up for the loss of these big-play players. Now this new team will make its official debut against the Phoenix Suns at the Intuit Dome.

James Harden

Terance man

Norman Powell

Derrick Jones Jr.

Ivica Zubac

The Clippers' opening night rotation should include most of the roster, with a few minor exceptions. Apparently, Kawhi Leonard will continue to be sidelined as ongoing knee swelling left him out indefinitely at the start of LA's regular season.

PJ Tucker remains away from the team and the Clippers remain committed to finding a new home for him. That being said, Ty Lue will likely look to get playing time for most of the guys expected to be in the regular rotation, which could include some of the less established players who stood out in the preseason.

PG: James Harden, Kris Dunn
