New Hampshire State Police are seeking witnesses to a violent incident on I-89

WARNER – New Hampshire State Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a road rage incident involving the brandishing of a firearm on Interstate 89.

The incident occurred on Monday, October 21 at 6:10 p.m. when state police were alerted to a confrontation between two motorists.

The driver of a black Honda sedan with New York plates reportedly showed a gun to another driver while driving northbound on I-89 near Warner.

Authorities later arrested the driver of the Honda in Lebanon.

The suspect, Tyler Hance, 31, of Moira, New York, was determined to be involved in the road rage incident that began in Concord.

Hance also reportedly drove erratically, reaching high speeds and overtaking other vehicles on the emergency shoulder.

After the incident, Hance was arrested and charged with criminal threats.

He has since been released on his own recognizance and is expected to appear in Concord District Court.

State police are now looking for additional witnesses to the incident, particularly those with dashcam footage.
