The La Cienega road project could impact traffic in West Hollywood

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power will conduct a water main replacement project on North La Cienega Boulevard between Fountain Avenue and Santa Monica Boulevard starting November 4 and lasting approximately three months.

West Hollywood is drawing attention to the project taking place within city limits. The LADWP will replace 1,300 feet of water main starting at Santa Monica Boulevard and continuing north toward Fountain Avenue. The work takes place Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; There is no work on weekends and public holidays. Parking is restricted during the work. The LADWP will post temporary no parking signs with the date and time of construction. Vehicles left on the road during working hours must be towed.
