Elon Musk buys real estate so his children and their mothers can live together

The richest man in the world is buying real estate. What's so surprising about that? Not much. But what if I told you that he bought three mansions, one behind the other and a third ten minutes walk away, all in Austin, supposedly for his children and their mothers.

It appears that Elon Musk has been trying to create some kind of family complex, according to a report from the New York Timesciting people familiar with his plans. Apparently, Musk recently told people close to him that he sees his children, of which there are at least eleven a year Justand two of their three mothers, all of whom live together in the adjacent properties.

One of the homes is a 13,000 square foot mansion that resembles a Tuscan villa Justand directly behind it is a six-bedroom villa that Musk helped buy. The cost of the two properties was approximately $35 million, according to the publication's report. What is $35 million to a man who is worth $272 billion on paper? However, I would like to know what mortgage rate the richest man in the world has set.

The third villa is not far away, and Musk himself apparently lives there when he is not gallanting with former President Donald Trump, who is currently campaigning. Musk practically runs six companies, and he has still found the time to be Trump's strongest supporter and one of the biggest Republican donors. His political action committee donates $1 million a day to people who sign a petition supporting the First and Second Amendments (although the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office is suing him). Not to mention, he donated at least $132 million to elect Trump.

Whatever the case, the plan for the temporary home where his children and their mothers are staying “is not just a personal matter for him; “It’s rooted in the existential fears that underlie his business empire,” he said Just. The publication highlighted that he may be fixated on birth rates and repopulating the planet. And the fact is that his private and professional lives are already closely intertwined.

Is Elon Musk a present father?

One of the mothers of his children, Shivon Zilis, an executive at his company Neuralink, actually moved into one of the houses with her three children, the newspaper said Just. That doesn't apply to Grimes, a musician and mother of three of his children who happens to be in a custody battle with Musk. Then there's Justine Musk, his first wife and mother of five of his children. It appears they don't live on site either.

Why Austin? Well, for one thing, his companies are there or nearby. In fact, he's the largest employer in Austin, a city sometimes called Silicon Hills for its expanding tech industry — a wannabe Silicon Valley, some Californians would say. The average home value in Austin is about $526,000, but those aren't the places he's probably eyeing. Although he allegedly offered some homeowners 20 to 70 percent more than their home's value, they claim. And some even had to sign nondisclosure agreements just to see the offer, people familiar with the agreements say Just reported.

Musk wanted to build the site on hundreds of acres of land outside Austin near the Tesla headquarters that he and his companies owned Just reported citing well-known people. It appeared to have fallen apart after an apparent federal investigation. The Wall Street Journal Federal prosecutors were reportedly investigating Tesla's use of company funds for a secret project that had been described internally as a home for its chief executive.

However, it is not clear who from his family will live in the houses he bought. So far only Zilis seems to live there; She is sometimes seen around town, people familiar said Just. When Musk is in town, neighbors said they can tell because of the added security. They also mentioned that a dog groomer had picked up a small dog. Interestingly, the area is densely populated and unfenced Just.

“I always think that with so much money, he probably has a lot of moods and will do something else soon,” said Jim Lewis, a retired rancher who lives near the house where Musk lives Just.
