Man is accused of attacking two women while in custody, Dearborn police say

According to police, neither woman was significantly injured

DEARBORN, Mich. — Dearborn police said a man accused of attacking two women Saturday is in custody.

The first attack occurred at 7:20 a.m. Saturday, November 2, 2024, at a 7-Eleven store at Monroe and Dartmouth streets. The second attack occurred at 12:15 p.m. Saturday in the area of ​​Cleveland and Monroe streets.

Police said in both cases the man approached the women and attacked them. None of the women were significantly injured.

The man is in his mid-20s to early 30s, may have facial hair and was wearing a red hat.
