Silver Spring man charged with indecent exposure and possession of child pornography – NBC4 Washington

Maryland National Capital Park police have arrested Steven Eisen, 76, of Silver Spring, on multiple charges of indecent exposure and possession of child pornography.

The indecent exposure occurred Jan. 25 at Takoma-Piney Branch Park. The park is a popular spot with families enjoying the playing fields and playgrounds.

“I've been coming here for football with my children for years and now my little daughter is here. She is four years old,” said a park visitor. “Many parents come here with their children”

After the incidents in January, police launched a comprehensive investigation and found child pornography.

Eisen was arrested on October 31st.

Based on the charges and the location of the crimes, authorities believe there may be other people who have not come forward but may have had contact with this person.

Maryland National Capital Park Police are asking anyone who has had an encounter with iron to contact them as the investigation is ongoing.

Eisen is being held without bail.

“Thank God the parks are being looked after,” said the park visitor. “Because there are a lot of children here.”
