Cashmere sweater from Banana Republic to try on

Every year S publishes an epic guide to the very best cashmere. She tries on seemingly endless amounts of sweaters, reports on sizes, price ranges and ethics, and then summarizes it all in one big post.

But as part of her research, she often goes a little deeper into certain brands. At our last fitting, S grabbed four sweaters from Banana Republic's Cashmere Shop and TBH? You are a godsend. She goes into the important details: quality, feel, drape and even the location of the seams (after all, it has to be worth this price).

I had the opportunity to see these cashmere sweaters in person and I'm shocked that the off-the-shoulder bright pink color caught my eye (it also comes in neutrals). But would S recommend Banana Republic Cashmere? Considering she's somewhat of an expert in the field, there are plenty of other cashmere brands to compare it to.

As always, I don't want to give away the whole video, but I think it's worth watching before you buy. And FYI: Banana is currently offering 40% off your full price purchase, but excludes cashmere. Boo. When we see it's on sale we'll scream!
