WOODSIDE, Queens (WABC) — A fruit seller in Queens was stabbed multiple times during an argument.

According to police, the 35-year-old vendor got into an argument with a 47-year-old man near the stand on Roosevelt Avenue in Woodside shortly before 6 p.m. Sunday.

The 47-year-old stabbed the victim several times with the knife.

The man was taken to hospital where his condition is stable.

The suspect was taken into custody, but no charges have been filed against him at this time.
