Chris Hemsworth opens up about his health after sad diagnosis

Chris Hemsworth has shared a rare health update after revealing earlier this year that his career could be “killing” him.

The 41-year-old Thor star works with Dr. Adeel Khan, a global leader in regenerative medicine and stem cell therapy.

“I really enjoyed it, Dr. “To meet Khan,” Chris wrote on Instagram on Saturday.

“His work with MUSE cells – an incredible type of regenerative stem cell – is unique.”

Chris radiated health as he posed for a photo with the world-famous Canadian doctor outside one of his Eterna clinics in black shorts and a loose tank top.

Dr. Kahn, who posed arm in arm with Chris for a photo, has treated royalty, celebrities like Zac Efron and Justin Baldoni, and top athletes with his cutting-edge stem cell therapy.

Muse cells, found in the bone marrow and connective tissue of almost all organs, have tremendous ability to function as repair cells for a variety of tissues and organs.

They are able to detect damaged tissue and concentrate specifically at the site of damage through intravenous injection.

“The fact that Dr. “Having Dr. Khan working directly with Professor Mari Dezawa, the pioneer of these cells, gave me the confidence to know I was in the hands of someone at the forefront of regenerative medicine,” Chris continued in his caption.

In May, it was reported that the beloved actor was He was filming the “Limitless” series in 2022 when he discovered that his evolution was “between eight and ten times” more likely Alzheimer than the general population.

Shortly after the news broke, Chris retired from Hollywood and rumors began circulating that the Hollywood star was retiring or had already contracted the disease.

“The imagined scenario is always worse than the reality,” the Australian actor recently told Body + Soul magazine as he returned to work in Los Angeles filming the thriller “Crime 101” with Mark Ruffalo.

Chris spent a year recovering from a back injury sustained while filming Thor: Love and Thunder and dealing with his diagnosed genetics.

The 41-year-old father of three said he has never been more optimistic about his health and returning to the set in Los Angeles, where he moved to film in early October.

The upcoming film is based on the novella by Don Winslow, which follows a detective named Lou Lubesnick who investigates jewelry thefts on the Pacific coast.

Despite being back at work, Chris' health issues make him decide to seek out the world's top health and wellness experts to stay fit.

“Our stem cells are developed with the goal of restoring normal function to damaged tissues and organs by repairing or replacing them with new, fully functional cells and tissues,” says a description on Dr. Kahn.

His Eterna clinics, which Chris posed outside, are located in Mexico, Canada, Lithuania and Dubai.

“I was going from job to job and was stressed,” Chris admitted of his poor work-life balance before the health crisis.

“I always gave an extra 20 percent of my time. Sometimes it just ended up being overkill, and sometimes the returns were lower.”

Chris realized that when he pushed himself to his mental and physical limits, he had to give something, and that it was better for something to be one film than for him to be constantly well.

“There may be a project that I would like, but doing it means I have to spend less time at home,” he said in the magazine interview.

“Alternatively, I can see that I've been home enough to feel like I'm not going to work, and that I'm full of guilt because I should be home.” And that's sort of the daily conversation, that we all lead in our lives, whether you are in this business or another.”

And so he planned to spend some time with his wife Elsa Pataky and their three children on their sprawling Byron Bay estate – surfing, riding dirt bikes and riding horses.

“I used to have the mindset that if I wasn't crawling out of the gym, which wasn't necessary, I wasn't working hard enough,” Chris said.

“I also listen to my body more, have patience with the process and don’t beat myself up in every single session.”

Despite having a net worth of over 220 million Australian dollars, Chris admitted that he still felt unresolved “stress” resulting from his difficult childhood and acting to pay off his parents' debts.

According to a blood test for the program, he is one of only two to three percent of people with two copies of the APOE4 gene.

Chris lives in a $30 million mansion with his wife Elsa and daughter India Rose (12) and twin sons Sasha and Tristan (10).
