TMZ Sports met with the newly crowned World Series champion, who was working an honorary shift at Raising Canes … and he explained that the clubhouse didn't allow outside conversations to influence the way they conducted their business.

“We wanted to do everything we could to win a game, win a series,” he said. “I think it showed throughout the postseason that we didn’t care what anyone else thought about us. We didn’t care about the outside noise.”
