Madisonville man charged with robbery also arrested on drug charges

MADISONVILLE, Ky. (WFIE) – Madisonville police say a convicted felon is back in prison after a robbery and drug raid.

According to police, they were called to the Cross Creek Apartments just before 9 p.m. Monday for a robbery.

According to a news release, 22-year-old Quotez Greenwood assaulted the victim, had a weapon and took money before leaving.

Officers said they found him in a neighboring apartment and arrested him.

While searching the apartment, officers said they found a gun, ammunition, Percocet suspected to be laced with fentanyl and a large amount of cash.

Greenwood is now in jail and facing multiple charges.

As we reported, Greenwood was arrested last year after police said he took a murder weapon from the crime scene.
