Paris Saint-Germain 1-2 Atletico Madrid live – UEFA Champions League result as Correa stunned the hosts with his stoppage-time goal

Correa's injury-time strike stuns PSG

Angel Correa stunned Paris Saint-Germain with his stoppage-time goal to give Atletico Madrid a dramatic 2-1 win.

The tasty UEFA Champions League clash appeared to be a stalemate at the Parc des Princes, where Nahuel Molina canceled out Warren Zaire-Emery's earlier try.

But there was a late twist in the 93rd minute when substitute Correa capped off a devastating counterattack with a fine finish, breaking PSG's hearts.

The hosts got off to a determined start as Achraf Hakimi missed the target within the first 60 seconds before breaking through in the 14th minute.

Atlético were punished for a lack of play in defense with Ousmane Dembele stealing the ball and feeding to Zaire-Emery, who deftly passed over the stranded Jan Oblak.

However, the visitors responded well and equalized just four minutes later. PSG couldn't block a cross from the right, the defense's header went straight to Molina, who coolly finished.

Luis Enrique's side seemed more likely to score their third goal of the game after the break. Hakimi and Bradley Barcola both challenged Oblak, while Marquinhos headed straight at the Atlético goalkeeper.

But as the hosts pressed for victory, they were exposed at the back and their opponents capitalized when Antoine Griezmann's cross pass found Correa, who skipped inside before Gianluigi Donnarumma could only parry his shot into the net.
