Vice President Kamala Harris told supporters during her concession speech at Howard University that they must accept the election results, that she has asked President-elect Donald Trump to offer help in their transition and that the Biden-Harris administration will pursue peaceful dialogue Transfer of power.

She said that Americans owe their loyalty not to a party or a president, but to the Constitution, and that that loyalty will continue to drive them to stand up for ideals of freedom, opportunity and justice.

“While I admit this election, I do not admit the fight that fueled this campaign,” Harris said.
