2 Doniphan women are charged with drug abuse and endangering the welfare of children

DONIPHAN, Mo. (KFVS) – Two women are charged with drug abuse and endangering the welfare of children.

Pamela L. Carr, 44, and Angelina E. Carr, 43, both of Doniphan, were charged with Class D felony endangering the welfare of a child, drug-related, and Class D felony possession of a controlled substance D arrested.

Both were taken to the Ripley County Detention Center.

According to Doniphan Police, on Tuesday, November 5, at approximately 6 p.m., an officer was asked to respond to the Current River Inn with EMS for an “unknown medical situation.”

Officers found two women and a small child at the scene.

Police said they searched the room and arrested the two women, later identified as Pamela and Angelina Carr.
