Pryor police arrest two defendants for drunk driving and public intoxication

Pryor police arrested two people who they said were high on drugs. The woman was acting like a dog and the man was found lying in a puddle, police said.

Officers said they received several calls from people claiming Summer Eastham was messing with a neighbor's dog, eating grass and licking car tires.

Police said they found her in a vehicle and arrested her for being in control of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Officers said they also received a call about William Garrison, who they found lying in a puddle off Highway 68.

They said Garrison asked the officers if they were going to cuss him and then said he was high on meth.

The police arrested him for public drunkenness.
