Authorities identify victims of Tuesday's fatal crash in Grand Chute

GRAND CHUTE, Wis. (WBAY) – The Wisconsin State Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle crash that occurred on Interstate 41 near Lynndale Drive in the town of Grand Chute around 10:20 p.m. Tuesday.

The preliminary investigation indicates that a sedan driven by a 27-year-old man from Neenah was traveling south on Interstate 41. An SUV driven by a 77-year-old Hortonville woman was traveling north in the southbound lanes of Interstate 41 and struck the southbound sedan.

The 27-year-old man suffered fatal injuries. The 77-year-old woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was medically transported from the scene.

The Wisconsin State Patrol Technical Reconstruction Unit was on scene to investigate the crash.

In a news release Thursday, the driver of the 2019 Subaru Outback was identified as Rosalie Marie Polsin. The driver of the 2005 BMW 325 was identified as Austin Lavicka Luehring.
