Rapper and social media star Bhad Bhabie has shared a shocking health update.

Bhad Bhabie, known for songs like “Gucci Flip Flops” and “Bestie,” revealed that she has been taking cancer medication, which has resulted in weight loss.

The 21-year-old rapper, whose real name is Danielle Bregoli, took to her Instagram Story on Thursday, November 7, after many people commented on her performance. “I’m sorry for losing weight due to my cancer medication,” she wrote. “I’m slowly getting it back. So stop spreading the worst narratives.”

Danielle has not spoken out about having cancer, nor has she commented further on the revelation on her Instagram Story. However, Danielle's mother, Barbara Ann Bregoli, shared a video on her personal Instagram page in which she harshly criticized gossip blogger Perez Hilton and appeared to suggest that Danielle might be lying to get attention.

Barbara expressed that she's “pretty upset right now with Mario, aka Perez Hilton, because she was talking on YouTube about my daughter posting a story on Instagram about her having cancer and saying it wasn't going to happen to her.” let it slip that she just made it up.”

She continued, calling Hilton a “disgusting piece of shit” and instructing him: “Find another way to make some money other than talking about other people.”

“How dare you,” Barbara said. “And I pray to God that none of your children ever get cancer, okay? I had it twice. How dare you say my daughter is faking it.”

Danielle and Barbara first became famous in 2016 when Barbara brought them in The Dr. Phil Show expresses his frustration with Danielle's defiant behavior. Danielle was mocked by the audience and told him, “Catch me outside, how about that?”

The phrase became the subject of viral memes and propelled Danielle to viral superstardom.
