The 31-year-old man was being held in the Riley County Jail on a $1 million bond on murder charges

MANHATAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A man was being held in the Riley County Jail on $1 million bail Thursday after being arrested Wednesday in connection with first-degree murder, officials said.

The arrested man was identified as Antwajuane Jerome McNeil, 31, of Ogden.

According to Riley County Police, McNeil was arrested at 3:52 p.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of Eighth Street in Ogden.

McNeil was booked into the Riley County Jail on charges of first-degree murder; Kidnapping; aggravated assault; aggravated burglary; criminal discharge of a firearm; and interfering with a police officer.
