A video of four lion cubs cuddling a woman on her bed is going viral on social media. A video shared by Freya Aspinall on her Instagram account shows her cuddling four lion cubs in her bed. Aspinall, in particular, is an animal rescuer.

In her post, she shared the boys' rescue story and revealed that they were rescued from euthanasia and are hand-raised before being sent to Africa.

She wrote in her post: “How I sleep at night (no pets)… A few months ago we rescued four lion cubs who were just hours away from being euthanized. They were born in captivity to someone who exploits animals for profit, and someone reached out to us and asked if we could help. Within a few hours we were able to intervene and save her immediately.”

She added: “Then I started hand-rearing, which included sleeping with them and caring for them like a mother. Our plan is to send them to Africa where they truly belong, just as we have done with other lions we have previously rescued and hand-raised. Hand-rearing is always a last resort, but in this case it was the only way to save her life.”
