Lebanon says the death toll from an Israeli attack north of Beirut rises to 20

Lebanon's health ministry said an Israeli attack on Sunday killed 20 people, including three children, in the village of Almat, north of the capital Beirut, updating an earlier figure.

“In the Israeli enemy's attack on Almat in Jbeil district, 20 people were killed, including three children, and six were injured, an updated figure,” the ministry said in a statement.
