One dead, one arrested in a shooting in Collier County Sunday morning

The shooting happened just before 10 a.m. Sunday in or near a shopping center in the 1200 block of Tamiami Trail East, the Collier County Sheriff's Office said.

The people involved knew each other and there was no threat to the community, sheriff's officials said.
