Sports fans shouldn't miss this! It's one of the greatest video games of all time, a groundbreaking brand that became a global phenomenon across generations – but that almost never happened… That's the real story. This documentary series is about the beloved, mega-popular Madden NFL Football video game series – which originally started in 1988 with the classic John Madden Football (for MS-DOS and Apple II). Now, 36 years after the original release of the first game, EA Sports is giving viewers unprecedented access to the game's creators who changed the game and our culture. Presented by Prime Video and the A+E Factual Studios group. “You can learn anything by playing a video game.” So much footage here. This seems to cover not only the game's cultural influence and exceptional legacy, but also its origins and how difficult it was to create the first few versions of Madden games many years ago.
