Andover police investigate road rage incident and armed carjacking – Boston News, Weather, Sports

ANDOVER, MASS. (WHDH) – Andover police are asking for the public's help as they investigate an armed carjacking Tuesday and another road rage incident where a gun may have been fired, officials said.

Officers responding to a reported carjacking at gunpoint on Route 133 at Route 28 around 4:15 p.m. learned that the carjacking victim had been driving an Acura SUV, which has since been reported stolen. No injuries were reported.

According to police, prior to the carjacking, the suspect was involved with other people in a separate road rage incident in the Shawsheen Square area. Police believe the suspected car thief may have fired a weapon during the incident.
