Police are investigating the Lake Charles apartment incident as a homicide

LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) – Lake Charles police say they are investigating an incident at the Sunlight Manor apartment complex as a homicide, according to department spokesman Sgt. Scott Dougherty.

Residents near the apartment complex on Winterhalter Street reported a heavy police presence last night, November 12th.

Details of the investigation are not yet available.
