1. Ole Miss' hot streak won't end anytime soon

After the win over Miami, it was briefly Georgia Tech, but on Saturday afternoon, Ole Miss had the college football and recruiting world talking with its win over No. 3 Georgia.

The Rebels' dominance on the field has already led to commitments in both the 2025 and 2026 classes as of Monday night, but there are certainly more to come Lane Kiffin suggested when addressing the media. As the week goes deeper, the endorsements for the Rebels could get louder – especially in the flip game. Everyone on social media has seen blue-chip quarterback Deuce Knight on campus (more on him later), but the safer bet might be Caleb Cunningham. The in-state wide receiver and Alabama commit is the top prospect in the state of Mississippi and some felt he was always Kiffin's loser.

With the program as hot as ever and a potential trip to the College Football Playoff looming, let's make the decision.

2. QUARTERBACK DOMINOS ARE NOT DEVELOPED YET

Deuce Knight is far from the only passer potentially hoping for a late move before December. There's a lot of excitement about Auburn's commitment to stay in state, especially after they celebrated with the Rebel fans as they stormed the field on Saturday.

Commitment to Florida State Tramell Jones just saw a majority of the coaches who recruited him get fired Mike Norvelland paired with a doubling by Florida Billy Napier With the Gators making him a priority, it wouldn't be a surprise if both sides kept communication to a minimum. Meanwhile, the Seminoles have been working with other QB recruits over delayed assignments, including former Michigan commit Carter Smith, so there could be a reversal dynamic in several directions.

Of course, the five stars in Bryce Underwood and Julian Lewis have the most potential for a move, and word is that at least one of them will make a splash with a change of heart.

With the dominoes in focus, let's predict who is most likely to move to the least likely: Jones, Lewis, Knight, Underwood.

3. The worst is yet to come for Florida State recruiting

While Florida State looks set to trade one top-100 quarterback for another (from Jones to Smith), there should be far more concern about the state of Norvell's 2025 class.

The departure of Alex AtkinsIn particular, it hurts what is undoubtedly the strongest group on the signing list – the offensive line. Mario Nash, Peyton Joseph and others have taken to social media to express their displeasure about it, but it was the top-ranked commitment in five-star Solomon Thomas with the most critical words for the program on Monday. Thomas followed with a message ending with #GoNoles, but he has yet to comment on the record as the moves come as LSU, Miami, Florida, South Carolina and others continue to communicate with the top-ranked guard in the class.

Departures from FSU's signing list, particularly at the top, already seem inevitable.
