The XM4 has a high rate of fire by default, so the attachments we use focus on improving its recoil control and accuracy.

In addition, they help make the weapon more effective in long-range combat.

  • Snout: Muzzle brake
  • Barrel: Long barrel

  • Likes: Advanced Mag II
  • Rear handle: Commando handle
  • Share: Heavy inventory

For the muzzle, we chose the muzzle brake as it significantly improves the recoil control of the firing shot and the speed of the weapon's kick reset, resulting in better accuracy.

We combine this with the long barrel, which significantly increases the damage range and allows you to deal damage to distant enemies.

To further improve accuracy and agility, we next use the Ranger Foregrip. This improves horizontal recoil control and speed of sprint movement.

Choose the Extended Mag II magazine, which increases the ammunition capacity from 30 to 60 rounds. While this affects the speed of aiming down and sprinting to fire, you can compensate for this with the Commando Grip. However, note that this will still reduce your reload speed.

Finally we decided on the heavy stock. This strengthens your operator's resistance to flinching, resulting in better accuracy.

We haven't added any visuals because you should choose the one that best suits your play style.

For example, if you prefer something minimal, the Merlin Mini could be a good choice. However, for medium to long range fights, it's better to use something like the PrismaTech 4X.
