Ex-Abercrombie CEO Arrested on NYC Sex Trafficking Allegations – NBC New York

Former Abercrombie CEO Mike Jeffries was arrested in West Palm Beach, Florida, and is charged along with two other employees in a sex trafficking case filed by federal prosecutors for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York.

An Eastern District spokesman identified the other two defendants as Matthew Smith of West Palm Beach and James Jacobson of Wisconsin. Legal information about the men was not immediately clear.

The FBI and NYPD are expected to meet with the U.S. Attorney's Office at a news conference in Brooklyn later on Tuesday.

Jeffries was chairman and CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch from 1992 to 2014.
