Chicago rapper Lil Durk was arrested in Florida and charged with murder-for-hire

CHICAGO (CBS) — Chicago rapper Lil Durk has been charged with murder-for-hire.

This comes hours after five people connected to his music business were also charged in the case.

Lil Durk, Chicago's Durk Banks, was arrested in Florida on Thursday evening. The plot allegedly targeted rapper Quando Rondo's cousin, who was killed between 20 and 22.

Investigators believe it was retaliation for the earlier murder of Chicago rapper King Von.
