State police are looking for witnesses and footage of the road rage incident in Warner

Oct. 22 – A New York man was arrested on criminal threatening charges following what state police are calling a road rage incident on I-89 in Warner Monday evening.

Shortly after 6 p.m., state police received a report that the driver of a black Honda sedan with New York license plates showed a gun to another driver as both were traveling northbound on the interstate, a news release said.

Officers located the Honda in Lebanon and arrested Tyler Hance, 31, of Moira, New York. Hance was released on personal recognizance.

Authorities said other drivers reported that the driver of the Honda was driving erratically, speeding and passing other vehicles on the shoulder.
