Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, Galaxy S25 Ultra could be significantly slimmer than older S24 models

Samsung Galaxy S25 Leaks: Samsung's highly anticipated Galaxy S25 series is expected to launch in early 2025, and new leaks provide a glimpse of what's to come. The latest details suggest a slimmer design for the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra compared to their predecessors, the Galaxy S24 models.

According to a leak from tipster Yeux1122, the base Galaxy S25 will have dimensions of 146.94 x 70.46 x 7.25 mm, making it slightly thinner than the Galaxy S24, which measures 147 x 70.6 x 7.6 mm. Likewise, the Galaxy S25+ is said to be 158.44 x 75.79 x 7.35mm, a slight reduction from the Galaxy S24+'s 158.5 x 75.9 x 7.7mm. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is said to be slimmer at 162.82 x 77.65 x 8.25mm, compared to the Galaxy S24 Ultra's dimensions of 162.3 x 79 x 8.6mm.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Leaks: Aluminum dummies and screen protectors

In addition to the size details, images of aluminum dummy units for all three Galaxy S25 models were shared in a video by tipster David (@xleaks7). These mockups show off a more refined design, with the Galaxy S25 Ultra featuring rounded corners and single camera rings on the back.

Meanwhile, another well-known tipster, Ice Universe (@UniverseIce), posted images of the alleged screen protectors for the Galaxy S25 series. The protectors have thinner bezels around the display with cutouts for the front camera. All three models are expected to feature flat screens and offer a sleek and modern look.

Samsung Galaxy S25: Specifications (expected)

The Galaxy S25 series is speculated to launch in January 2025. The Ultra variant is expected to come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset and offer up to 16GB of RAM. All models are likely to include Samsung's Galaxy AI features, improving the user experience across the range.
